  2. Project Menu Help

  5. Items on the Project Menu generally apply to a whole worksheet
  6. rather than a portion of the worksheet such as a cell or range.
  7. Facilities include:  Opening new and existing Worksheets, closing
  8. the worksheet, deleting a worksheet File, saving a worksheet, 
  9. creating a duplicate worksheet file, printing a worksheet file, and
  10. opening and closing the Workbench.

  13. New Worksheet

  16. Use this menu item to create a blank Worksheet.
  17. This may also be invoked by:  Right Amiga Key with N.

  21. Open Worksheet

  24. Causes the display of a MaxiPlan File Selector for selecting existing
  25. Worksheet files to be loaded into the MaxiPlan program.  A file can
  26. be selected by either double clicking on the File Name in the
  27. Requester window or by clicking on the OK button.

  29. This may also be invoked by:  Right Amiga Key with O.

  32. Close Worksheet                                   
  33. ---------------------------------------------------------------------

  35. Use this Menu item to close the Worksheet.  This selection is
  36. equivalent to clicking on the close box gadget in the top left
  37. corner of the window.

  39. This may also be invoked by:  Right Amiga Key with W.

  42. Delete File

  45. As is the case with the Open Worksheet command,  Delete File
  46. causes the display of MaxiPlan File Selector for selecting
  47. existing Worksheet files to be deleted from the disk and
  48. directories.  A file can be selected for deletion by either double
  49. clicking on its name, or by keying in a Path Name and File Name.
  50. A second requester will appear asking you to confirm the
  51. deletion process.

  54. Save                                              
  55. --------------------------------------------------------------------

  57. Save will save the current Worksheet with its current name without 
  58. exiting MaxiPlan.  If the Worksheet has never been saved before,
  59. a Requester will be displayed so you can choose the filename of the
  60. Worksheet.

  62. Save can also be executed by:  Right Amiga key with S
  63.                                F1 with Shift Key

  66. Save As....

  69. Save As allows you to save a copy of the current worksheet under a
  70. different name or on a different disk.

  72. If you have one disk drive you should type in the name of the disk
  73. into the PATH gadget and then click on the directory area to see
  74. files on that disk.  Remember to type a COLON (:) after the name
  75. of your disk (e.g. PlanIT Files:)

  81. If a range is selected, only the range is printed.  If one cell is
  82. selected, the entire Worksheet will be printed.  Choose either
  83. PRINTER or FILE from the Submenu to direct your output to the proper
  84. destination.

  90. Several options are available such as page numbers, grid lines, row and
  91. column notation, date and time, worksheet file name, or a customized
  92. title to your printout.

  97. Worksheet Status

  100. This selection displays information about the number of cells used,
  101. free memory available, calculation mode, clipboard size, talking
  102. and protection mode status, number of charts used and the location
  103. of the last cell in the Worksheet.

  109. The Open Workbench allows you to access the Workbench without
  110. leaving MaxiPlan.

  113. Close WorkBench

  116. Close Workbench is provided so that after you have used the
  117. Workbench, you may close its window to save memory.  It is not
  118. necessary to close the Workbench if you have enough memory.
